We take the stress out of finding a local carpenter. When you book a carpenter through us, you don’t need to worry about asking about previous work or their experience, as we’ve already done that.
All the carpenters who work with us go through a rigorous vetting process, including visits of their previous works.
For bespoke furniture, like wardrobes and cupboards, our carpenters can help you with designing and building your ideal piece of furniture.
If you have flat-pack furniture you want assembled, use our handymen instead.
Although our carpenters will install loft ladders and hatches, they don’t do loft conversions or installations.
Carpenters are different from joiners. A joiner makes the timber products in a workshop, that a carpenter will then put together in your property.
It’s generally better to use a professional carpenter than try to do the work yourself. They will have the right tools for the job, and can get the best results efficiently.
All our our carpenters are booked as free quotes.
We always try to offer an estimated price. However, free quotes are given for more complex jobs, when the tradesperson needs to visit your home to look at the problem before telling you how much it’ll cost.
If you are booked in for a quote job, and you decide to go ahead with the quote offered to you by the trade, this is the amount you’ll be charged and it won’t change.
Your quote is valid for 30 days from receipt.
If you decide not to go ahead, you won’t be charged.
